The switch arrived nicely packaged and protected, with all the essential startup items (power cord, console cable, rack-mounting ears...) , runs perfectly as expected with the Cisco indudstry--standard quality. For such a low price, I'm very happy to get such a switch as a network hobbyist. I won't need an upgrade for many years !

They overnight shipped a replacement device and told me to recycle the bad device. Seller goes beyond expectations to resolve issues.
