Their support on this issue was incredible and I would highly reccomend purchasing with this seller.

I had one issue where another person's name showed up and when I got in touch with the seller, they informed me that they checked out this computer to make sure it was working and it was but one item refused to work and it kept requesting a password that I didn't possess. They gave me instructions on how to reset the computer and all is well now and working great. Thank you very much :-)

Even though seller couldn't have known, or had anything to do with it. Shipping was immediate. Packed safely. Excellent communication. In all my decades on Ebay, this has to be the most honest seller on Ebay!
