The only complaint I had was the bolt to hold it to the actual shift arm was not included. The Focus I got was missing this shift lever and didn’t have the bolt. Luckily after searching the car high and low I ended up finding it under the seat. The world works in mysterious ways! Haha! Hopefully they include the bolt in normal circumstances. So only giving 4 stars because I thought I needed the bolt and was disappointed when it wasn’t included.
