Glued down parts are so fragile that a percentage of products are damaged even by skilled and certified technicians. Apple should be ashamed of the design oversight on the mini 2.

They did a search and suspected that the item was lost by the USPS. Without hesitation, they refunded my money. This seller is a very good and trustworthy seller. Their communication is great.
