The seller dispatched the sheets promptly ( I checked by tracking the parcel), it's a shame the courier (Evri) decided to hang on to the parcel for around 14-15 days after the due date before finally getting around to delivering it.

I opted to have a replacement and this arrived on time. Seller was understanding and helpful in dealing with this issue.
