Unfortunately, Dunlop Strap-Locks don't work on an acoustic guitar, and taking a traditional leather-ended strap on and off sometimes can be a nuisance. The quick lock-on of this strap is clever, and works great on the end-peg. But for a heel peg, mounted (as usual) on the treble side of the heel, the attachment needs to bend around the heel. The plastic end of course doesn't, and seems likely to scratch the heel, which on a finely-finished guitar is not what one wants.

I tried within minutes to cancel it, and I just couldn’t do it. He wouldn’t let me. So I sent a message to him, and though I got no reply, I told him what set I would’ve preferred. And he actually made it right and sent that set which I appreciate. I still think you should be able to cancel an order within minutes of placing it.  Overall pleased with the transaction
