You have to supply that. It does come with the flat mounting plate shown in the last picture at the bottom. One good thing is it comes with a set of mounting screws, washers and nuts.

Now I don’t have to drill any holes to mount my radio head and it actually fits in my glovebox with the mount attached!!! Time will tell how good it is. But for now it’s good!!! Super fast shipping and item was packaged well and also had hardware for mounting radio which a different I got didn’t have!! Again thx much and will be back soon to buy again!!

Mistakes happen especially when dealing with large volumes of orders so not a big deal. Patiently waiting for the correct mount so I can leave a great feedback about how awesome this mount is.
