There was a issue with the incorrect item being shipped to me, but what really stood out was the customer service after the fact. I corresponded several times and heard back from the seller within hours. Seller corrected the order and I had the new correct item within 96 hours. It was refreshing to know that customer service still exists. The seller cares about what they're selling and cares about their customer. I generally don't like buying overseas because quality is questionable, extended shipping times and any issues it's like 20 questions as if trying to wear you out. When I first ordered the Star Trek TOS shirt I did not realize it would be too small. I contacted the seller and they immediately agreed to exchange it for a larger size. All I had to do was ship the first shirt back to them, which I did.
