If you're concerned about shipping reach out to let them know, they'll take care of it. I ordered a lot of wire and one of them wasn't the right kind (I ordered solid core ,they sent stranded for ONE item) but they sent the right one and let me keep the wrong item. Without question, they immediately sent me out a new package at no charge with no questions asked. However, the original package finally arrived, so I will pay for the second package today.
