The product was supposed to be delivered by 1/15/24 per eBay when purchased. The weather shouldn’t be an excuse as the weather hasn’t been an issue due to lack snow on the roads entering S Lake Tahoe. The tracking only provides product being shipped but not out for delivery. Poor communication and poor delivery commitment.

Communication is lacking, but got the right part in the end. A month and half time line from order/return/order/receive the right part.

When I contacted the seller I was provided with a paid return shipping label, and instructed to send the original ripped cover. After 7 days I received a brand new custom made cover at no additional charge. The cover fit exactly as original. I would rate this seller as high as possible. The customer service was above and beyond, and the turnaround time was extremely fast. Thank You for such a great experience.
