When I contacted them, I sent them photos of the damaged item and they accused me of damaging the item and refused to refund. I then put in for a return and repeatedly asked them for the pre-paid return label which they were required to provide based on ebay rules. They ignored all of my emails, messages and requests. I had to file a claim with ebay to get my money back. This seller is a nightmare.
