These buildings are difficult to build and the cutouts must be precise, clean, and straight. Found out they were too difficult for me to build and look nice. The hardboard is fairly thin as well. As the seller goes, it was a perfect transaction with prompt shipping and well packaged. Communication was super as he stayed in constant communication with me and allowed the return of all items. Thank you, seller!

Overall I liked the finished product. looks great on my layout. ordered a different kit but this one there is a YouTube video on how to build it. just wished their site was working properly so I wouldn't have to build it on my own.
