I’ve been selling on eBay for years and would have did that for my buyers no questions asked. I contacted them the moment I received the 2 screw backs each a different color of gold before realizing I had read the listing wrong by accident. Even though they responded back I did not appreciate what felt like a condescending and smart a** response. People make mistakes no need to sound smug. They definitely need better customer service skills.
