My main issue is that the seller's communication is poor and antagonistic, and despite the description not mentioning additional charges for anything, she told the item didn't come in my size (the description said it did), and she would have to charge more for my height. She then sent me an invoice OUTSIDE of eBay (through PayPal) and asked me to pay.
