There was a delay in delivery ( Royal Mail) and MDR were very quick to investigate and rectify. First class service. However, due to the fact that a signed for service went way beyond it delivery date and that you put a claim of none delivery to ebay we had to refund the cost of the item and the postage to you. Although 2 days after the refund royal mail actually delivered the order to you.
