The fitting advice was spot on. I drew round my foot as instructed and, using the chart provided, I ordered a size less than my usual shoe size, and they are perfect. Sorry for the delay in leaving feedback; I wanted to wait until our new term started and I could report on 2-3 weeks' wearing. Thank you very much - when I've worn these out I'll be reordering!

When a plastic toy item is delivered in an unpadded plastic bag, don’t be surprised when it arrives in pieces. What might surprise is the seller’s initial response - ‘fix it yourself’! When laughed at, seller’s second response was to offer a paltry token refund! Eventually, on third attempt, seller conceded item would have to be returned and full refund given. ‘Cheap & nasty’ might be a description suited to the item. No shoes had arrived so I chased on the 7th November 2025 as we needed these shoes for my girls dancing show on the 8th November. I didn't get a response until the 10th November where they said it was the fault of royal mail. Price and condition of shoes was accurate but delivery and communication was poor given the timeframe we ordered them and trying to shift blame to Royal Mail.
