I've used pneumatic and manual riviters and everything no fail. I have had points left where it isn't flush, but I think I was using the riveter at an angle and it pulled off square ( my fault). The shipping is quick and packaging is sturdy for the weight.

This is the first time we have had any issue and it wasnt the sellers fault. Product did arrive and was well packed and exactly as described great quality and prices. Through correspondence, we were able to figure out that nearly 17# were shipped and only 6.5# arrived. I shared packing photographs with Fastenere and within the hour received notification that they were shipping out the balance of my order.
