The seller communication was great in response to returning the item. Too early yet to know if I will be paying for return shipping, hopefully not. They sent different/wrong material. I tried ordering extra firm. They still sent something too soft different than first order. Contacted them again and explained they still sent me something different. They apologized that they can't do better. But offered nothing for a refund or how to make it right. I'm out $60 or so. So do business at your on risk.
