I took a hose clamp and a small block of wood and clamped the tire at the top of the wheel. I pulled the tire down to the bottom of the wheel and secured the bottom with a hose clamp and block of wood. I took the tire stretcher and put it between the tire and the wheel and pulled one side on. Removed the tool and repeated it on the other side of the wheel. The tire went on perfectly.

He said ship'g is way up - over $5 (he only charges $3.95). Original pkgng wd cost more. He buys in bulk - to keep $$ down, he repackages. Offered to send pix of hundreds of original packs before he repacks. Guaranteed they're genuine Olson blocks. I'm totally satisfied. Good comm's. Great eBay seller.

When I opened the items I saw a business card. About 5:30 pm. I called the number on the card and left a voicemail. I didn't think I would hear back from him until the next day if at all, because of the time of day. 7:30 pm the same day , Gary called me looked up my order number and said that they had made the mistake and straightened it out on the spot.
