Apperance-wise none of the DVDs had any damage to the cases and were all as advertised. All were dispatched instantly and arrived shortly (3 days) after order as well. Sadly the case was cracked internally due to being shipped in a plastic bag obl6 and nothing more. I'm sure this was caused by the shipping company and not the seller, however, 2 rectangles of cardboard wrapped around the case could have prevented this. I still consider this a good purchase though, hence the positive rating.
