I always wait to order these when our Texas temperatures are a bit more mild to avoid melted candy. They do ship with ice packs but the ice blocks were completely melted when I opened the boxes. Fortunately it was only in the low 80's so the chocolates were all fine. We will enjoy them in the coming months.

After I issued a complaint to Philadelphia Candies, I was sent the correct item immediately. As usual, the shipping was super fast and the packaging for hot weather was wonderful. On top of that the dark chocolate covered mints were excellent.
