Product comes in big chunks which takes some rubbing in but is really greasy. I weren't that keen on the smell and how much rubbing in it took but once I melted it down and added some fragrance oil to it I was good to go.

I've tried 3 from amazon & they've all been rancid & refined, despite being described as refined. This is the genuine article. So glad I finally found a good seller! Excellent delivery time too.

Not only is the quality fantastic, but the way the parcels were wrapped is frankly the best I have ever seen. All items were super secure and yet they accomplished this with minimal materials (environmentaly friendly = big plus for me) AND super easy to unwrap. I didn't have need for any communication.

The seller's response to my query about delay was instant and very positive. She offered to replace the item if the original order did not arrive within a reasonable period, which was not necessary, as order arrived a day later. Very satisfied with product and seller. Will use again.
