When it arrived, you could see that it had been opened. 1 pair of gloves were missing and also the instructions, plus 1 of the 2 sponge paint brushes. I texted the company and they said that they would send me the missing items, which they did. I also asked them how they could sell new merch that was opened and I got NO RESPONSE. Not a great way to do business .
