And the people at Windy Nation did everything they could to help FedEx fix their problem. They even offered to just resend my order using a different carrier (at no cost to me). Oddly, package was scanned in shipper's town a few hours after my inquiry. I know the shipping industry well. Don't BS people, just acknowledge, apologize and make it right. Minor issue; I will buy again.
