Would not have ordered it had i known this, as the scent is one of the best things about cocoa butter. Also I was expecting chunks but it is all crushed, very messy to have in the bathroom and use as moisturiser. Will have to melt it and let it solidify again to make it useable for me personally which makes it seem oily and separated. Would not buy again

Had some issues with postage, due to Royal Mail delays, rather than seller. The seller's response to my query about delay was instant and very positive. She offered to replace the item if the original order did not arrive within a reasonable period, which was not necessary, as order arrived a day later. Very satisfied with product and seller. Will use again.
