They could have easily tried to repaired them as best as possible and shipped them out without my knowledge. Yet they were very honest, straight forward and let me know that it was up to me if I wanted to continue to buy the defective boots. The great communication between us and their honesty is was stuck out for me. This seller gets more than 5 stars.
