Slight delivery delay due to seller being out of town but was told from the start so all was well on that but after unpackaging the item was in a plastic bag which had Styrofoam in the bag thus on the figurine/statue and boy did I have a time getting it from between the crevices. A slight headed ache but not the fault of the sellers but whomever packaged it. he is not home with some other jungle friends. Pleased with the transaction overall.
