Everything was in great condition and quality of shipping was superb, unfortunately when trying to activate the game key it was invalid, I documented everything and reached out to seller after receiving no help from game support 2K the seller was more then understanding and reasonable and fair with everything and he resolved everything, one of the best if not the best experience I've ever had on Ebay. Definitely a top Ebayer everything was A++++ highly recommended

It would normally be hard for most, but i have owed this item before, so is not a deal breaker since i know what all the buttons and functions are. Plus the English Manuel is free to download for free. I was just stoked it turned on and is in working order. Thanks again. A+++++++++Seller.
