USPS sent them from the East Coast, to the West Coast, then back to the East Coast for some reason. Then they got lost. I contacted the seller and they checked into it and put in a missing item location request. The seller kept me updated and let me know when it was finally sent back to my city. I am very pleased with the frames! They were in great condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
