I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you

The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much. Packing was great as a laptop it was in a airbag in a box so arrived in expected condition and over all great value serviceHP ProBook 650 G5 11 15.6" Laptop Intel i5 8265U 8GB 256GB SSD Windows 11 HDMI (#256863499031)
