However upon contacting the seller they stated that the case was already damaged beforehand but their photos of the item didn’t show it. They did over a refund but since the DVDs inside weren’t damaged I decided to keep them. Overall a positive experience though and the other DVDs were perfect and new as described. I would definitely buy from this seller again
