The seller did mention all of this.It’s not “new” like description mentioned because you wouldn’t gift this item because of the condition of the box, although the contents have never been used.Good price considering other vendors prices and it not a gift so I bought it.Lego Education 9387 Wheel/Vehicle Set 286pc 2011 (OPEN BUT SEALED UNUSED) (#256963616418)
