Although it it arrived a bit late and not within the 2- 4 days stated, seller kept me informed of the process. I would recommend this seller to use a different courier service

Jaycar's emailing system needs to be refined as I kept getting the same response time after time for the same enquiry. Between Jaycar's clunky return process and Australia Post taking 2 weeks to return the air con back to Jaycar I finally received my refund after about 3 weeks from the day I posted. I did get my refund quickly once Jaycar received it.
