The item arrived folded the same way as the photos, so I can see where it could easily be an honest mistake. The situation is unfortunate, but it was still pleasant overall.

I got a bunch of extra lil goodies, which again v nice of the seller to do. 10/10 would buy again/would recommend. Got this purse for my gf for her birthday and I know she’s gonna love it!
