The screen has two fairly deep scratches and the bezel is full of deep dents and scrapes that I can feel when I use the invisible bezel feature on the watch. My only other complaint would be that the charger they included was a very slow charging generic charger that takes multiple hours to charge the watch from 60% to 100%.
