      The batteries and battery caddy showed up in worse description than described with 2 batteries having 0 charge at all.       The seller did an amazing job. Packed extremely well and shipped promptly. While there was an intermittent problem with keyboard, I ultimately was able to get it working. Upon notifying the seller, he immediately sent a return packing slip (which ultimately I didn't use). Sellers responses were quick and they did everything in their power to help me and make sure I was satisfied with this purchase. I definitely recommend them.
