It stated there were was a rip to cover, but it's very minor, so taking that into account, it was better than as described. Cost of postage was good value and I would have no problem ordering from this seller again. Sadly, this is rarely what I encounter when buying from ebay, unless the item is new; some sellers merely provide a stock photo, and a disclaimer that you may, or may not end up with the copy/version/edition etc. that they advertise. Bookshop19's use of Pitney Bowes as a shipping carrier was smart on their part. As my book moved from the UK to my home country, I was kept informed every step of the way by the carrier. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging as it kept my book safe and secure. The packaging itself was made of recycled materials which is a nice touch. I will be a return customer to Bookshop19! Thank you 🙂
