First, the shoes I bought were exactly as described: perfect! I can't believe the bargain I got on these. I'm a private duty nurse and have to take care of my feet, and KURUs are the best! This seller got my shoes to me in 5 days which was great! Packaging was adequate, no complaints. I don't think you'd go wrong with this seller, and I will def look to them again for future purchases.

The very minor flaw that was clearly highlighted in the listing is actually invisible in practice. It is of no consequence on a pair of boots where marks will likely become more widespread with use but thank you for being so up-front with the listing. The boots were very well packaged and I had no issues at all with shipment to the UK, received in a very timely fashion and way ahead of the Ebay estimate. Great value, even + International Postage.
