I reached out to Minato because this package was delayed, and he responded very professionally and was very communicative. He explained that he was missing some cards and would mail out as soon as he could. Got the package today and it was perfect! All cards are in perfect condition and came in the sleeves that I wanted. They came exactly as I expected them. And as a bonus/apology for the delay, he gave me a random pack of cards. It spoke a lot about his morals!
