This is no fault to the seller however I do wish she came bubble wrapped to prevent this happening. Nonetheless given I got a great deal anyway, I am still happy with her and I still think she is beautiful and great value. Seller shipped her out very promptly and communicated promptly regarding this issue to try and rectify it. Trustworthy seller 💗
