My package ended up getting lost is transit so it took much longer than it should have but they stayed up to date on every movement and took care of opening a lost item ticket with USPS. It was delivered soon after that. I was worried that the item would be damaged since it had been lost for a while but thanks to the excellent packing job, it arrived in prefect condition.
