The seller showed me what was sent and it was a generic picture… not the one I was sent (as this was wrapped new) so argued with me that it was sent ok. Unfortunately some stock can sometimes have issues which I don’t think the seller realises. The actual pens have 3 tips and a shorter one on the side, not 4 the same length shown in the picture here. Refund issued from seller but not a pleasant experience with seller.
