After waiting ten days for shipment I contacted the seller three times to cancel. No response until three days later after it did ship. I don't like giving negative responses. Took a LONG time to ship but I attributed that to their customization. The item I received was not at all as pictured nor described, Seller "played dumb" then ignored my emails so I requested a return. Seller tried to give only a partial refund but I wanted a return receipt for a full refund. Ebay had to step in and refund my money.
