Eveything else was same & it wasnt a currency conversion issue either. Seller had no idea why. Offered refund which I didnt want. I wanted simply to pay as per orignal won contract & assurance that if I pay higher amt, they will refund excess. They didnt know how to do that. Then they went silent for days & cancelled the win, using the Buyer Address reason so they wouldnt get a defect. All shipping, customs and taxes are determined by eBay itself and I have nothing to do with those nor do I have control over them. All this was clearly explained withing the listing but this buyer just didn't want to read, she was demanding partial refund for her own mistake.
