When I received the incorrect size pot, she apologized + wanted me to keep it for free: re-send the correct one. However, I somehow received/found DAMAGED EMPTY BOX. I contacted the seller, just letting her know because the item is gone by someone. However, without hesitation, she fully refunded my money: although the seller got nothing but lost her item + money.
