This is in no way the seller's fault, it's a hasbro design flaw. Nothing some super glue won't fix. The figure is awesome and comes with tons of great accessories.

I initially thought it may have been lost so I reached out to seller for copy of label and insurance info in case I needed to file a claim. Seller never responded. It wouldn’t have been their fault if package was lost but for a $300 order, they could’ve been a bit nicer and more helpful.
