      I ordered an item listed as ‘new without tags’, however upon receiving it, it showed clear marks of usage, therefore cannot be gifted. I contact the seller, who resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction, so I understand that this was a simple listing error and would not hesitate to shop from this seller again.
