There was a decent sized dent in the one of the bars, which made the entire rack misaligned. When I contacted the seller, he was not apologetic or concerned about the inconvenience. He just stated that it must have been damaged during shipping. Sigh! Clearly, the item should have more protective packaging! He did state that I could return the item but rather than go through all of that, I would just not purchase from him again.
