She wanted a refund which I was happy to do. I sent the request for the refund. Ebay had a hold for the amount on my acct & would be issued on Monday, and I did not need to do anything else on my end. I assumed since the amount was held, the refund was automatically issued. I am a good seller & did what they said to do. My customers & feedback are very important to me. I dont know what else I could do :(
