Seller filed a claim immediately. PO required the items to be brought to the PO. Buyer had 20 days to do this. Buyer failed to take to the PO in the time frame. PO closed the claim. This was out of the sellers hands bec. buyer had the item. Seller did communicate numerous times with no response from buyer. Everything is in the message system to prove differently. Seller went above & beyond to refund the buyer. Buyer didn't follow through with PO request.
